The Choicer Voicer: KPop Demon Hunters is a voice-impression and dubbing experience built around scenes from KPop Demon Hunters. It uses The Choicer Voicer’s Dub Mode, where players replace character dialogue with their own recorded voices. Rather than following a separate story campaign, the game uses existing scenes as short performance challenges. KPop Demon Hunters packs can feature characters such as Rumi and Jinu, with each scene divided into individual dialogue cues that the player records one by one.
Replacing the Original Dialogue
A round begins by playing a reference clip or showing a scene. The player listens to the original delivery and then records the same section through a microphone. In Dub Mode, longer scenes are divided into multiple lines, allowing each cue to be recorded or repeated separately. After the individual parts are completed, the game can play the scene back with the player’s performances replacing the original dialogue.
The main gameplay includes:
- choosing a KPop Demon Hunters Dub Pack;
- listening to individual dialogue cues;
- recording lines with a microphone;
- repeating takes when necessary;
- performing different characters;
- completing every cue in a scene;
- playing back the finished dub;
- using additional Dub Packs for new scenes.
Scenes Replace Traditional Levels
There are no conventional levels with exploration, combat, or character upgrades. Instead, individual scenes work as self-contained challenges. For example, the Jinu & Rumi “Save the Date” Dub Pack contains 26 dialogue cues across a scene lasting around one minute and 38 seconds. It is designed for two characters and moves through both comedic and more serious dialogue, giving players several types of lines to perform.
Your Voice Becomes the Performance
The Choicer Voicer is mainly about vocal performance rather than winning through mechanical skill. Players can imitate the original voices closely or give the characters a different delivery. The game supports solo play as well as local multiplayer, where several people can take turns performing.
KPop Demon Hunters content therefore works as an additional set of dubbing scenes inside the larger Choicer Voicer format. Progress comes from finishing dialogue cues, improving takes, trying different characters, and loading new Dub Packs rather than completing a linear campaign.
