The True Ingredients is a short first-person horror game set in Underwearzip City, a parody of the world from SpongeBob SquarePants. The player controls a hungry fish who visits the Krunchy Kans restaurant to order a Human Patty. What begins as a normal meal changes after the customer discovers that the food costs more than expected. Unable to pay, the protagonist is captured and taken to a restricted area beneath the restaurant.
